Hi everyone! It’s been one holiday upon another lately. This blog post will feature Independence Day in the USA, also known as the 4th of July.

There are many puzzle companies based out of the US, but I will mention two of the ones that stand out to me when I think of America and the 4th of July holiday.

White Mountain Puzzles is based in a small town in New Hampshire.

They have been creating puzzles for 35 years now and they are all manufactured in the USA. They have an entire Americana line of puzzles. A quick search for the words “I love” will bring up a huge variety of puzzles – “I love Ohio, I love Alabama, I love Tennessee…” these are just a FEW of the puzzles that feature special things to honor each state in the US. These are so much fun, and awesome to collect. Pick your state and jump right in!

Buffalo Games & Puzzles is another one that needs a mention.

This popular brand also has a variety of images and piece counts. They also have an Americana collection and feature many US artists. Charles Wysocki was an American painter whose works depict American life. He most definitely deserves a mention here. Personally, I cannot think of an American themed image without thinking of him first. He has so many puzzles in their collection that it is impossible to list them all. Here are a few Wysocki’s available at Jigsaw Jungle. I have done a few and they are a lot of fun!
