Another new brand in the Jungle! We have ENJOY puzzles

I tried to get some background information on the company, but it seems their site is being updated. I will keep an eye on it.

I have heard quite a bit about this brand from Romania, but had little experience with them.  I was happy to try this one, as I loved the image and the classic story.

The box was nice and had other images of some of their other puzzles on the back of the box. The puzzle came sealed in a plastic bag. There was no poster.

The pieces were thick and did not bend. They had a decent variety of shapes, but I have to say, I was surprised by their claim of “unique” shapes. I was expecting something like Cobble Hill pieces. I didn’t find them to be that unique. There was nothing wrong with them, but they were pretty much a standard grid cut with some slight variations. They clicked well, but sometimes it was tough to see if the pieces were in the right spot. There was also quite a bit of puzzle dust.

In any case, the puzzle was fun. The image was bright and clear, and I really “ENJOYed” it. I separated every layer of color into mini puzzles and sorted the ladder on the left. I managed to complete most of it in several hours. It was quick. UNTIL I GOT TO THE GREEN. This is where the “unique” shape claim bothered me. I had about 200 pieces of green pieces in my trays. No joke, I had to try them one at a time until I finished. There was almost no way to differentiate them.

ENJOY has a great variety of images. Whimsical, floral, landscape. They are bright and full of color. You have seen some of the images before, but I would still choose an ENJOY version over some of the others.

All in all, I would recommend this brand. I was really just confused by the unique pieces claim. Otherwise, I would not have thought twice. If you try one, please let me know what you think.
